We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and heat levels, warm-up times and battery life are approximate. They can vary depending on the power source used, outdoor temperature and heat setting.

3. Heated Clothing Safety

For your safety, please follow the instructions provided with your jacket. In particular:

  • Only use a compatible power source, such as the battery or power bank supplied or recommended for your jacket

  • Always disconnect and remove the battery or power bank before washing

  • Do not use the heating function while sleeping, and do not leave it running unattended

  • Do not use on children, or on anyone who cannot feel heat or cannot remove the jacket by themselves

  • Stop using the jacket immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot, or if a cable, battery or heating panel appears damaged

  • If you have a medical condition that affects your sensitivity to heat, or if you are pregnant, speak to a doctor before use

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, incompatible power sources, or failure to follow these instructions.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown on our website and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Payment is taken at the time of your order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, placed by resellers, or affected by a pricing or stock error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
